Truck was so dirty took me 30 minutes to clean out the black greasy floor. Truck outside was a mess dirty. . Was scheduled for 8.00 but attending counter person was not on time.

You can make sure the equipment/rental trucks are in good working order, drivable, clean. Also, the AFM department is prompt in addressing pending issues and call customer back before running charges to customer account.

jukka mAfter going through the mobile app process to pick up the truck the truck assigned to me was not on the lot. I waited 30 minutes for an attendant to show up just to tell me they don’t have available trucks if the assigned truck is not on the lot and suggested I go to the location on victory blvd. After all this, I was charged $57.10 for the truck rental even though I never picked up the truck. I have been waiting for a week and still have not received a refund.
