Worker was not present at the time of the pickup nor at the drop-off. The truck had a broken side mirror on the driver's side before we even picked it up.

narek mTruck was so dirty took me 30 minutes to clean out the black greasy floor. Truck outside was a mess dirty. . Was scheduled for 8.00 but attending counter person was not on time.
GREG RYou can make sure the equipment/rental trucks are in good working order, drivable, clean. Also, the AFM department is prompt in addressing pending issues and call customer back before running charges to customer account.
