The location was excellent. Friendly customer service. I set up for a mobile pick up but the U-HAUL APP was not working? but we went inside to the location and they helped us right out with no issues. Pick up and drop off went smoothly and easily. The truck was perfect for our needs. U-Haul app gets a 0, but the location and the owner get a 5/5.

HENRY OUhaul have several service locations, when a customer is having issue picking up vehicle from a place that he/she chosen and unfortunately you don't have vehicle available in that location. Find something close to that locstion instead of giving a vehicle which is located 10 miles away from the initial pickup address. Second thing is you need to improve your process of returning the vehicle. When the vehicle is dropped off using mobile drop off option, you need to get a conformation that vehicle is returned and do not charge the customer for multiple days even when they didn't use the truck.

vevelen rI thought the truck was clean at the first glance. While driving it I noticed that there was an empty monster bottle. I was charged fuel fee of $19.00 and refuel service of $30.00. I drove 15 miles and used 1/8 of a gas tank. My total was $91.00. That’s too much. I will advise anyone against going to that particular u-haul.
