Great - Dallas was kind and helpful and everything was as expected. I didn't love having to use the app for the return... it took extra time to download and set up and then after logging in I wasn't able to find my reservation so it was all for naught so I'd love if that wasn't necessary. An online form would be preferable.

JAMES FThe drop-offaddress I was given did not exist any longer so I went to a new location. The people at the new drop-off location helped me immediately and were excellent.
MARK BBilling was a nightmare. Did a face-to-face rental from a local employee without needing to use the U-Haul reservation site. The local employee quoted a fair price for the rental, I did the rental as agreed, and after I returned the trailer in good condition, U-Haul billed me for three times the agreed-to amount. Have had to return to the retail location twice so far to try to straighten out this mess, and so far U-Haul has not sent me a corrected bill. Beware!
