I didn’t talk to anyone. The lot was crowded. I did a self return so I don’t know why UHaul cares about the personnel and facility.

Charlene DThey did not tell me I would receive a text to review condition of the truck the time I saw the text the link expired. The door on the uhaul did not seal so we had a really loud travel and it leaked when it rained. We drove from Utah to Florida so it made for a very loud and uncomfortable drive.
