When I made my uhaul rental,with customer service and customer service told me $19.95 a day and free miles and when I return the truck today,I saw my recept ,I was charge 79dollars on miles and I just went about 25 miles I got ripped of and the place I went and return the truck I asked for my receipt and he said,leave,you'll get the receipt,very inrespetial to me where customer send me to bad Haitians,he did not let me see the miles I used about 20 miles,how crook they are charging me about $79 dollars in miles,I got robbed by this facility that customer service,send me to a dirty place,I just use the truck 2 days,that's 40 dollars plus tax,whole in the world Iam getting charge about 98.00dollars I got robbed my name is Juan sibila tel.305-317-8733 God bless and Iam waiting for your call from uhaul customer service,I will report I got robbed to uhaul corporate God bless,I will dispute this charge,they charge me,when I return the uhaul truck in the afternoon

First location did not provide the truck and we had to call customer service and cancel the first movers that were already scheduled. When speaking to customer service my first and last name was from the wrong person under my account. Afterwards the second location was given where we were able to pick up the truck and schedule different movers for the same day. Lots of time wasted, after the truck was returned got charged for 5 days as if I was using the truck and in my possession. Currently that charge under dispute.
Veronica PTruck was old. One of the hooks for the ramp was broken/missing. They did not supply the items booked on-line. Facility was not open when we came to get the truck. We had to go to another facility to get dollies and blankets and lost an hour and a half of time for our moving crew booked from U-Haul which cost us $180. The people at the corporate facility we went to for supplies were not very helpful. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service about these issues and did not get any resolution on the money we have lost. This was a very bad experience with U-Haul.
