Person was not knowledgeable about processes. Did not know how to help me hook up trailer. I had to buy the electrical connector to hook to car. These should be supplied by UHaul.

Bartley W.First we were sent to a renter 15 miles away when there is one less than 2 miles from our start. This added about 20 miles to our overall milage charge. It took over 50 minutes to get the truck due to the computer apps kept failing, I will say the people were nice and were really struggling with the website they were on.
