I think you should move to another location because the attendance was more focused on his store more rather than focused on U-hall customer. You have to wait until he finished with his customers before attending to you. I was very rude and unprofessional to service for U-hall. Very poor performance at all levels.

LAUREN DThere were several drop off locations that were far closer to where I was moving to, but the staff at the pick up location said it needed to be dropped at a location an hour away. They advised me to call two phone numbers to schedule a closer drop off location. Neither representative picked up the phone, so I had to put an extra unnecessary amount of miles on the truck. When one of them did finally call me back, I politely explained to the rep. Nick, why I called, and he hung up on me. So I had to pay for far more miles than were necessary, and the customer service was terrible.
