It was fine. Very little guidance and the clerk ran through the contracts l without giving me a chance to see what I was signing up for. So I ended up paying more than I wanted to either for carelessness or deceptiveness.

First Truck left side door will not close, which is the biggest truck I wanted then I got downgraded to a smaller truck because that’s all they had then when I get in that truck there was less than a quarter. Tank of gas was not happy at all.

RAYMOND HI think you should move to another location because the attendance was more focused on his store more rather than focused on U-hall customer. You have to wait until he finished with his customers before attending to you. I was very rude and unprofessional to service for U-hall. Very poor performance at all levels.
