Frank WI don't know of its the location or of its uhaul but I booked 2 utility dollies and there was only 1 available. I booked with uhaul so it's probably the fault of uhaul amd not stans. I'll be requesting compensation / refund for the extra time I had to pay movers due to not having 2 dollies
Amanda SThe dolly was flying around the back it was not hooked up correct, the gas tank was kind of low the actually location where we picked the truck up was great but the U-Haul service was absolutely terrible.could not get the system to work online it took over an hour to pick up a truck
Alyssa FAfter business hours: instructions on pickup and drop off is problematic. There were 3 other customers present beside myself all trying to figure out this process. 1 couple trying to return, others trying to pick up. At least I wasn't the only confused soul there. Lol
