It was a good experience. The owners were friendly and the truck was in good condition. I had booked a rental vehicle with another provider who cancelled at the last minute so I was happy that U-haul honoured its reservation and offered a pleasant experience all around. Would definitely rent from here again!

When I got the truck, the front tire and the rear tire was low.And fresh and it was blinking, and it also said service, the airbag lights
Lamar SStaff were very pleasant and helpful issue was more that U-Haul’s app was not working properly and it took a long time to complete check kn. However vehicle was telling me tires needed air and airbag needed servicing. Also vehicle smelled of smoke. Was not happy with condition of vehicle
