First the headlight on verge of going out, barely lit, these trucks should be maintained. We dropped back truck 1 hour before scheduled time, then was notified 2 days later truck overdue, found out place we dropped off at was closed for 2 weeks so nobody checked the truck back in. Was finally resolved a week later.

The vehicle was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. There were several maintenance issues such as low tire pressure and a break light out. Pick up and drop off were pretty convenient and the office person was friendly.
BRADLEY HThe appliance dolly that I reserved was not with the truck at time of rental. I indicated that at check-in but was still charged for it. I had to drive out of my way in the opposite direction to pick up a dolly at a main U-Haul location. This wasted my time and gas. If the equipment wasn’t available I should have been notified ahead of time and I certainly shouldn’t have been charged for it!
Chrisie MU-Haul was filthy, beat up, and given to us with a half-dollar sized hole in the sidewall and rusty, damaged rim on the rear passenger outer tire. Roadside assistance was helpful in getting us a new tire but delayed our movers.
