The vehicle was in clean and in very good working condition. The person who made the arrangements was not a good customer service person. Unpleasant encounter with him.

We dropped back truck 1 hour before scheduled time, then was notified 2 days later truck overdue, found out place we dropped off at was closed for 2 weeks so nobody checked the truck back in. Was finally resolved a week later.
