Trailer ramp was broken would pull out and wasn’t able to even use the trailer.

I reserved a 20’ truck went to go pick up and had to call you guys to open the box get it open no keys then had to go to another place finally after two hours trying to get my U-Haul I get it then for the mileage I had to pay for that I shouldn’t have to pay it’s not my fault that there was no keys and had to go to a different location
JASON GThis comment is directed solely at U-Haul. Make the truck cabin more comfortable for tall drivers, try driving for long periods with your leg cocked at an awkward/uncomfortable angle and see how you like it! The bulkhead takes up way too much cabin space, unacceptable. (Not the fault of the store that rented to me, they were very nice)
Gregory DI don't know what you could do better. The owner/operator was nothing but helpful, even when my husband got belligerant over having to add a third contact to the rental. (So there you go, remove that 3rd contact requirement). The owner/operator was a complete gentleman and extremely helpful. I'd rent from him again in a heartbeat!
