The pickup location was not a U-Haul store that I’m used to and not the one I selected with my initial reservation. It was changed twice. The final location didn’t have the supplies I ordered which was very disappointing and somehow my order was modified to charge me for supplies I didn’t want. I blame U-Haul, not the location dealer where I picked up the truck. This overall rental experience was terrible!! The U-haul sales person who notified me of the location changes lacked customer service training.
