This location was an inconvenience to me as my pickup location was moved to this store...The staff was friendly but had No knowledge of me picking up and was locked out of the Uhaul system and had to call Uhaul.The truck was dirty and old with 125,022 miles on it..I was given the keys and send on my way with very little gas (3/8) and never given any instructions from your staff on how the rental works or any inspection of the truck..I'm very disappointed in your customer service and it seems like everything is communicated through your phone and that I needed to do all the work to rent your truck...No thank you. I will never recommend your service again...Also..the battery went dead after having the flashers/Hazard lights on for 30mins..Time to retire this truck (Arizona AG61758)..

David Bback was filled with cat food, front cab smelled of smoke and had cigarette ashes everywhere. They really struggled with my reservation.
