Many, many technical issues during pickup that resulted in the entire process taking over 1 hour. In part, an issue with U-Haul’s systems, but also very much on the untrained staff at the location who were unable to find a way to move forward.

ANTHONY MThe gentleman behind the counter did not help me in anyway. He told me to find a spot on the parking lot and leave the trailer there. Once out in the parking lot, there are no spaces available. I disconnected the trailer from my car and not seeing any wheel chocks, I was forced to drag the trailer to the back of one of your trucks and hook it up to that, so it wouldn’t drift away. I am 71 years old and not accustomed to dragging anything of this weight.
