I do not appreciate that it was purposefully difficult to avoid adding on the $15 charge for SafeMove (ie tiny font to deny). I did not mean to make that addition as I only used the rental for one hour. I'll accept the charge this one time, but I do not appreciate your manipulation.
Rachel MCharged for gas even though I refilled. Also not as easy of a pickup as it should have been. Also chargeed for extra mileage.

Nathalie HMake sure when customers drop off the vehicle to a key drop make sure the vehicle gets checked in I was accused of not returning my rental but with a few phone calls I got it straightened out
