The guys that I returned the a too was rude! I had a long day of moving and was exhausted… I was told to do it myself and then calm down when I came back in frustrated! Not to mention $$ ridiculous for what I dealt with! Don’t use this place!
SARA LMany, many technical issues during pickup that resulted in the entire process taking over 1 hour. In part, an issue with U-Haul’s systems, but also very much on the untrained staff at the location who were unable to find a way to move forward.
