Took over an hour to pick up van. Instructions for self serve weren't accurate as the keys were in a local gas station. Those weren't obtainable until the manager was called to come to to the store for the rental. The delay caused a lot of drama with college move in based on timed slots to move in and having to wait for an opening then ridiculous traffic on the way to return the van., Could have all be avoided if the site was better managed. The person on the phone with me at Uhaul was phenomenal and very helpful, the only highlight of the whole experience. Very uncharacteristic for Uhaul having been a customer for years.

How U-Haul Reviews Work"Extremely frustrating experience. The U-Haul app had a system error at check-in, making me lose over an hour. On top of that, the dealer did not provide the Furniture Dolly and Furniture Pads I reserved and paid for, yet they were included in my pending bill. To make matters worse, the gas station pumps were shut down when I tried to return the truck. Terrible service and buggy app overall.İ expect a full refund for the unused equipment immediately.
Zaur ARESERVATION WAS FOR 8:00 AM BUT THEY DIDN'T OPEN UNTIL 9:00. OTHER THAN THAT IT WENT WELL, I''LL USE THEM AGAIN.
