There is an issue with using the app EVERY time because business address isn't the same as truck location. We do this about every 6 weeks during the summer and it is a constant hassle. The trucks are always left with barely enough fuel to get to a gas station and the past 3 times I've had to clean it out before we could load. This time also had the complication of the truck not being 'staged' and the help line wanting me to go almost an hour away to get a truck. We are a concert band and work on a tight schedule, so this absolutely was not an option. The folks at the help center have no way to know that the keys are always in the trucks at this location. Despite it costing us more for milege - we will likely stop using trucks from A-tow. I do want to give a shout out to the lady on reservation line - she was able to stage the truck since i had the keys already which allowed us to NOT have a late concert start!

Change the pick up location to actually be where A-Tow stores the trucks and let you self service in the app instead of pop up meeting someone at the lot.
