Impossible to take photos that the app will accept. The app requires photos taken from a greater distance than is possible in many pickup lots, and this is one of them. (It’s a busy gas station parking lot with very tight parking, so the truck can’t be moved to improve the photos.) Staff were as helpful as they could be, but they can’t fix all the issues with your app. I’ll be using Lugg in the future.

I reserved online, thought I was good to go but had to download the app onsite to get the truck. Then I extened my reservation on the app and the next day u-haul called me wondering where there truck was. What’s the point of an online reservation system then?
Ryan MI lost 47 min to get the unit, if the person of the location is not trained, do not let them to be in charge of it until they are trained, the unit had a lot of trash. I didn’t take anything away I left it as It was. These people didn’t not give any support had to pay more money to people who helped to move.
Salvador CI was charged for equipment I never received. The truck walks not clean. The inside was not clean. And there were noises with the brakes
CHRYSTAL MWas a little confused when I got to the gas station because it wasn't an Exxon. Had to call customer service for U-Haul before feeling comfortable handing the truck keys over to the gas station attendant.
