The gas gage was messed up and when I notified the Management they blamed me and I put more than 80.00 of gas when I returned it and my trip was local so I don’t understand why they can’t fix the gas gage and then shift blame over to me when I picked up the truck it had a gas gage that was faulty because I had put more gas in twice and the needle would not move up on the gas gage each time that I put in gas so that’s how I know the gas gage is messed up
Lisa RI was sent a survey to review the employee who attended me. I don’t remember his name. I gave him a bad review because I believed he did not send an email with my receipt that I had asked for. As it turned out, he had sent it I was mistaken. The email had gone to my spam folder. I would like to apologize and redo that survey. I did receive excellent service from that young man.

Karima MDidn’t have the equipment I ordered and was expecting as part of my reservation. Did not have a furniture dolly or furniture blankets which made the move much harder. Also, the truck barely has a 1/4 tank of gas. We only drove a total of 14 miles (most of the was to and from picking up the truck) and almost ran out of gas. Do better u-haul.
