Oakland has sketchy parts, so I would recommend this location only in broad daylight and I'd also recommend that nobody go alone due to transient parked cars and places people could jump out at you. The business owner was super friendly and quickly processed my return. No problem with the business at all, just the area.

Irisanly SNo one present, even though I came at 10AM. There was a posted phone number but no one answered. I followed the "after hours" self-return process, but still, it's a bit anxiety-inducing to just leave it on the street (since the entrance gate was closed and locked).
