I special requested I do not want safemoving protection I told the cashier I’m going to use my own in case something happened but I noticed that it was added $15 per day without my permission and he’s didn’t give me any receipt Also he forces me to book online instead of he do in the office when I booked online every single items what I need be for reservation somehow he added himself He declined to remove it. I called head quarter to wave these charges. They told me go back. Ask the manager to remove it. I drove 10 miles spoke with him again to remove charge it headquarter not gonna do. His response was he don’t know how to do it Call headquarter why I have to deal with like this service never ever gonna booking with U-Haul

BRUCE NStarted off ok. But I was apparently rented the incorrect and malfunctioning truck. The latch would not lock all the way so I could not secure it at all. A couple of occasions when I was stopped and told the door was opening and my stuff in the back almost fell out. I shared this and there was no apology of any sort.
