Helen WThe people who helped me were great, but your online service is awful. I was not informed of any vehicle disrepair at my initial pickup location until I arrived. Then it took over a half hour to arrange another van. That van was 10 miles further out from my previous pickup location and costed me extra in gas and mileage that I did not plan for. I would like a partial reimbursement for mileage and fuel.
