I had a roadside emergency and needed temporary transportation to resolve my roadside emergency. Your location was closest to my location so I proceeded to your location for a vehicle. For the record, I tried using the APP to acquire a vehicle after office hours. The APP was not working for me. Fortunately for me, a staff member who was in the office after hours assisted me in getting a vehicle. I was able to get a vehicle to resolve my roadside emergency situation . Regarding the APP, it do need to be user-friendly on all devices, regardless of the device manufacture and operating system. Thank you very much.

A very nice lady checked me in and went over everything with me. The van was clean and comfortable
ERIN FI would recommend ONLY if it were during working hours. We selected this drop off because you could return the vehicle without the office being open. There was only one parking space available (partial, because the small trailer parked next to it went over the line into this space), and the space was next to the street. The only way to back the trailer into that tight space would have been by blocking traffic from the street, Without jackknifing in the small lot.
