BUENA DSadly , this time I had not a good experience renting a truck with you! I got sent to a location that was supposed to be 24/7 pick up , but it was not .. I spend like more than 30 min trying to connect with someone on the costumer service to help me up .. I have to say whoever helped me on the phone what good . It was just the experience.. I got the location y paid for and Uber since I saw it was a small grocery store I don’t want to park my card there. It was raining . I was waiting for more than 30 min o the phone .. I finally got someone to help me . She was trying to find another truck to pick up with a lock box . I have to spend more money in another Uber to go to the location .. I did get wet cuz location was open and on the back of some store. I basically have to pick it my truck at 7 am and I ended to get a truck at almost 8:30 am .. so I spend more money , time that I should have be , plus it was raining on me during the whole process! :(
