Pedro S.Self serve was good once I got used to it. On the app, when the back of the license scan did not work, should have made it much more obvious on how to switch to picture to make it work and continue on. I had to calm the call centre ( which worked well) to learn I had to click the very small “did not work button†I had pressed it earlier and it did t work. Other than that the check I. And check back processes were easy.
