Place was closed nobody was there. Did everything by myself.
Carlos EThis is a combo U-Haul and mini storage place. It did not seem to be in a great area and there were lots of parked boats and cars just around the property in random places. There was no obvious good place to park a 20ft truck with attached tow dolly, but I did the best I could to avoid blocking anything. When I arrived during business hours, the office was locked with both a "we're open, please come in" sign and a "be back in 30m" sign. We waited around for maybe 10 minutes but no one showed up, and it was really hot, so I decided to just use the app to do drop off. The app simply doesn't work, I took 8 perfectly good photos of the odometer and gas meter but it would not process any of them. I ended up just dropping the keys off in the box and hoping everything was OK. I never received anything confirming that the return was processed OK.
