The Uhaul experience was good, the rep was very considerate and welcoming. This dealer is located on a hotel property. Upon picking up and returning the truck, my only complaint was a hotel employee was smoking outside the main door entrance, it was not acceptable walking through cigarette smoke to handle the uhaul business. Understandably, Uhaul can not resolve this, perhaps a mention to the hotel manger would move the employee smoking area, not certain what happened to the “No smoking with in 25ft of door” rule went.
