U-Haul allowed to make a reservation for at truck at a location dos’t rent trucks. How is that possible? Stupid I had to take an Uber to the new location and had only one day notice. I’d love to have $35 back for the Uber. Incredibly poor customer service.

ARTHUR AJacob was very helpful with my “last-minute “ request. The Ace Hardware store has great customer service. I would highly recommend going to this location for U-Haul rentals.
Arnaldo AThe interior of the U-Haul truck re-rented was not cleaned. The vehicle was great only had 7700 miles on it. It would be nice if the company we rented the vehicle from Wood provide insight about what the vehicle can cannot do like this vehicle, although being new did not have cruise control.
