Dropped trailer off after business hours, early evening, location had no lights whatsoever, pitch black and not a good area. I had to use my flashlight to check for a business sign to make sure I was at the right place. Had to use my back up lights and a flashlight to unhook the trailer. I didn’t want to leave it on the street but there really is very little room in front of this business to park even a small trailer. I did manage to squeeze it in a narrow space. The owner texted me the following day and complained that I blocked his gate with the tongue of the trailer. This is a terrible location for U-Haul

extremely rude, first trailer had a crooked damaged axle
FRANCISCO BThe truck wasn’t clean but who cares- this guy went above and beyond to accommodate me in a truck for as long as I needed. He mentioned he had to move some stuff around but never did I feel rushed for having kept it longer than expected. We got rained on & the “loading crew” and as MIA so took longer Than expected. Will definitely go back to this location!!! Thank you for all your help!!
