Brian PTruck was not trashed but you could tell it had not been detailed in a while . Floor board was dirty & crumbs in the truck . Also of a location does not have the truck you reserved, it would be better to let the customer know before arriving at the pick-up location & waiting 15-20 for the rep to get off the phone with traffic to tell you they don’t have the truck and you have to drive across town to pick up and a truck .
