HELEN GThis place was great, but not the place we were supposed to drop it off at; that place was closed, even though we were scheduled for that day and time!!
DARRELL SThe equipment was there and steps to retrieve vehicle during off-hours was provided but that does not make the fact that the vehicle was in very poor conditions of maintenance okay. The vehicle was provided in a very dirty state with the inside and cabin still containing items from the previous customer which is unacceptable. I wish they would take more accountability for cleaning their trucks before the next family uses them. This includes the internal and external parts of the truck.
