The lady that helped was very nice and understanding I asked if I can remove the safe move protection from my order and I get the 75$ dollars back when I return the U-Haul at the drop location. When I returned they told me they have no recollection of that being possible and I was very upset that I couldn’t get my money back for that

Clean and fast service
JUAN TI can’t think of anything that was inconvenient. Staff was really friendly and the Uhaul was perfect for moving everything to my new home! 😁
Raymond RDrop off needs to be obvious and easy. It is not. Here I was asked to wait while the yard was rearranged. I didn’t have time to wait and feel this was not standard for other uhauls. Keep in mind. Pickup was ok.
