Truck rattled like it was going to fall apart. Didnt really understand what was going on when picking up the truck. I was told we would be reimbursed for gas but havent seen anything about that in email. Somebody owes me $76 for the gas.

When dropping off the listed time was 8:30 open time and the place was locked up well past 8:45 am. Left the trailer and paperwork. They did finally call me back after calling the number on the door but couldn’t leave a message since the inbox was full.
JAMES LThe lady that helped was very nice and understanding I asked if I can remove the safe move protection from my order and I get the 75$ dollars back when I return the U-Haul at the drop location. When I returned they told me they have no recollection of that being possible and I was very upset that I couldn’t get my money back for that
