If a lot allows you to return or pickup at night, it should be a requirement that it is well lit. Also you app should allow pictures to be uploaded. I dropped off the trailer where I was instructed to by the rep from that store. I got there at mint, as I said I would, I took pics. The app made me retake pics when doing so I tripped on the tongue of another trailer and hurt my heal knee and got a cut on my calf.

Dropping off the trailer was quick and easy. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant to work with. Drop off took maybe 10 minutes.
Danielle MI had to keep the uhaul running because it was hard to start. It was filthy. When I got there the guy ignored me for 5 minutes while messing with his phone. Then took forever to get the truck. You can tell he did NOT want to be there
Amanda BThere were a ton of glitches with the app. I tried calling customer service for U-Haul wasn’t super helpful. Then I had to do online Help ticket twice for pick up. The app was not intuitive and if you took too long between steps, it kicked you out and you couldn’t pick up right where you left off. Such as taking pictures of the truck both in getting it and returning, it was a nightmare. They left the dolly I asked for but desperately needed.
