JOHN NThe truck was filthy inside and out. I had to clean the windshield before driving, There was garbage and debris in the back of the truck. The cab was gross inside. The truck was rusty and in rough condition. I would not feel comfortable taking the truck on a long trip. Adamsons was fine to deal with. The location is easy to access, the facility is clean, and the guy was nice. They are a local, family run, reputable business. I made the reservation for a different location, but U-haul changed my rental location. Someone dropped me off to pick up the truck, and then needed to drive me to a second location to get the truck. I will avoid U-haul in the future. There are other rental companies. Overall, U-haul provided a poor experience.
