Over all service at both pick up and drop off locations was good However, I don't think any one has taken the time to clean and oil the ratchet assemblies for the front tie downs on this car hauler in a very long time Very difficult to work

It's dark and getting the key was a bit of a challenge. There is one dim light but there are many photos and things you need to do. The good thing is it was close to home.

The associate (not U-Haul) did not ask, nor did he inform me he charged me $15 for insurance, when I asked if it was optional, he said “ well, yeah I guess†I asked for a refund, he said there was nothing he could do and I needed to contact U-Haul for my refund. Thankfully the service rep for U-Haul was helpful and returned my $15
