No help for hooking up trailer to 15 foot truck. A passerby helped me but hooked it up wrong. No help for loading car. I had to postpone my trip a day to get Uhaul roadside assistance to hook it right or likely my car would have come off.

Truck was dirty in n the cab and in the cargo area. I did not have time to notify staff as she told me this was the only truck available and I was on a time crunch. This almost cost me a cleaning fee from the receiving U-Haul location. I was not told where the trailer was located, only to go find it in the back and hook it up myself. The trailer was not hooked up correctly as a result and almost caused a catastrophe on i95.
