This third party does not take any pride in the rentals and are worthless to assist customers with any problems. Upon picking up the truck it had half a tank of gas and was dirty. They did not update the system saying the current fuel level and we ultimately were charged for the half tank we did not have

I returned the trailer and they didn't enter it into thier system so now Uhaul thinks I owe them more money!
