Had to do everything by myself - no help what so ever besides showing me the place to leave the trailer at.
Edward EI had to wait a half hour for him to replace the tire straps on the tow trailer. I also noticed that the first stop there was steel belts coming through the tire which eventually went flat and created another inconvenience. However U-Haul's customer service as well as the people that location were very friendly and accommodating
