First the pick up of the trailer that I reserved was changed to this place in the day of pickup. Second, this is a different business that happens to rent uhaul’s on the side. Took forever to get the paperwork right. I was told I could drop off anywhere in Austin and on the day before the drop off I was given a specific inconvenient location. The trailer did not have the correct wiring.
