This location was extremely helpful and friendly. I reported incident to them about being already on our cross country trip when we discovered there were no lights on the right hand side rear, no brakes no tail no turn signal. I told them I had called the incident in when she reported it. They said that it had not been logged that I had called. She got everything taken care of without an extra charge. This location was absolutely awesome.

ZYDRUNAS DNo one told us any instructions on how the u haul needed to be returned. I was never emailed a receipt until after the U-Haul was due and didn’t know I had to put gas back in it. The communication was terrible. The system wasn’t working so we didn’t get our truck until 40 minutes after the time we reserved it for.
