There was no one available to receive the trailer return on a Friday morning at 10:30 am. Doors locked and no answer on telephone despite multiple attempts. Left voicemail with no return phone call. Finally received return receipt 4 days later. Return receipt showed the incorrect date for the return. I was concerned that I would be fraudulently charged extra for the inaccurate return date, but fortunately the receipt showed no extra charge. I will not use that location ever again.

Chad HI was not asked nor made aware of any additional charge for insurance which I would have not accepted as I have my own insurance that covers me in any vehicle I drive. I feel that I should be reimbursed the $15. There was absolutely no communication on what I was being charged.

KAREN TBad experience but also with U-Haul. I asked to drop off at another location but the app made me return to where I picked up, scareyville. I’m moving on to another moving company. Most likely a Ryder.
