Friendly, it was easy to pick up and drop off.
Dana CNo one on-site. Truck appeared to have been double-booked and was thankfully the first to get it before the second person arrived. Otherwise the truck was in decent condition.
Christopher BI was ripped off. I told the UHAUL rep I was going from Oklahoma City to Tulsa. The rep never changed my reservation. I never signed any contract and therefore I didn’t realize he didn’t change it. I had to call the UHAUL place in Midwest City OK, to find out where I needed to return the truck in Tulsa. I was charge almost $700 for a day rental. When talking to the rep at Midwest City, she let me know he didn’t change it. Sadly I had to pay the price for his mistake. I would personally like a refund of the amount owed to me.
