Although they were very nice, the cashier did not know what he was doing. I asked for my appliance dolly that I had already paid for and they had no idea what I was talking about. He gave a phone number for someone to speak to and that person never picked up or called back. I tried calling U-Haul and multiple other locations for the dolly because I had very heavy appliances to move up and down stairs, but no one could help me. I paid extra for miles and equipment and just got the truck. It also took a VERY LONG time to get the truck in the first place. Unfortunately, my experience was not good.

Richard SEverything was great except they screwed up the billing. I dont know where the return by 3 came from. If it takes 45 minutes to get to my destination, 2-3 hours to pack the truck, do a few things at the house, drive back to old bridge, at least another hour driving slow because of breakables then about an hour to unpack and blow out the van. other than that the last 2 times renting was very good.
