Reserved a van that was not there when I showed up. Had to take a truck that had a bad tire. Tire went flat on Turnpike where we were stuck for over 3 hours before tire could get fixed. Delayed entire move and caused problems. Then had to rush back to return truck and you still charged me for fuel

Madonna GThe equipment was clean, however, the entire time I was driving my vehicle there was a frustrating beep that would go off every few seconds letting me know that the rear right door was ajar. I opened and closed the door many times when it first made me aware of this and yet the beeping persisted. There may be something off with the sensor.
