I had ordered the truck from another location and our reservation got moved to this location. The gentlemen was great to work with at this location, but the truck was kinda dirty inside. The steering wheel and some of the interior was very sticky and gross.

WILLIAM MOne thing, never had I ever had to fold each furniture pad when dropping back off, never showed it in the contract either, but owner of this location said I had to or I would be charged... is that correct, have you changed your policies ??
