I reserved a truck at a location less than a mile from my home. Two days before pick-up, someone called and said they don’t have one available and I would have to go to location over five miles away. The lady said I would get 30 additional miles to compensate, giving me a total of 60 miles. When I went to pick it, they didn’t have the two-wheeled dolly I reserved. It’s hard to move heavy boxes without one. When I dropped off the truck, I had used 59 miles. They didn’t honor the additional 30 miles and charged me for 29 miles over. I even asked the man who checked it in to make sure we were good. He said yes, no additional charges. 15 minutes later, my bank sent a notification of a $29 charge to U-Haul. I called to try to get them to reverse the charges and the person agreed I had been overcharged, but sod I would need to file a customer action claim or some nonsense. Very disappointed in the whole interaction and experience.

Brittany HI checked with a Uhaul location that I have used before and they didn't have what I needed available. That led me to remember about the location on Merritt Street. Not only did they have what I needed, the experience was great and the location is closer to my home. It couldn't have worked out better.
JEFFREY EShop did not open on time on pick up day ot drop off day. Had to wait both days and was charged $20 for an after hours drop off when I arrived at 8am to return. Would like that refunded please. The guybwhobwas helping fornthe puck up was very friendly
