I did not receive my pads or dolly's with the 26' truck and wasn't notified they weren't available. Terrible customer service.

JUNIOR FThere were supposed to be 3 dozen furniture pads and a furniture dolly in the back of the truck and they were not there. I called the phone number to the location and the guy told me there was nothing he could do about it. I had to drive across town to another location to get the equipment I needed while movers were waiting at my house. No one offered anything as a result of this as far as taking anything off of my invoice or at least Knocking off the extra mileage that I had to drive to pick up the equipment that I need in in order to move.
