On August 8, 2025 I rented a 5x9 trailer in Oliver Springs Tn to transport my motorcycle to Nashville. I was not given the drop off location until I was driving to Nashville. So I did not read where I was sent the drop off location until I arrived in Nashville. I went to 4 places and either they were closed or do not take trailers. I located a d U-Hual business that was open and pulled in. The employee in the lot came over and unhooked the trailer and said “you are good to go”. I was contacted today and told it was a it was late turn in. The lady on the phone from U-Hual was rude and was interrupted me constantly. She said I had dropped it at the wrong location. I told her that I had been to several dealers and the one I went to was open and unhooked the trailer before I even got out of my truck. I have rented U-Hual equipment for years and will no longer do business with your company again. You use to have great customer service. Eddie Kelley
