No contact with location operator other then voicemail from a cell. Was told to drop the unit off on the side of the road in the shoulder of the road. They told me “ just leave it in front of the mailbox and we will put it away for you” as if that was some sort of service they were providing for me. The unit sat on the side of the road until Thursday and I called three times and left voicemails explaining I was concerned someone may steal it. They finally moved the trailer onto their property sometime Thursday.

Richard GNot sure. The big issue was they did not have the confirmation number or record of the order when we did… the other issue is for 2 days after we received confirmations for orders we did not make.
