ROSASHARN OI'm greatly disappointed for the fact that I rented equipment from a location near where I needed to transport items to and from. Yet when I arrived to pick up said equipment that I rented I was redirected to a location further away. Therefore, increasing the mileage and increasing the total, due to increased mileage. I was charged about 12 extra miles and I don't believe that that's fair to me. I expect to hear from you on how you'll make it right.
