The truck was dirty on the outside and inside. I had to sweep it out before I could use it. The passenger reverse Light is out the front of the truck to drive was very dirty and sticky.

The truck was completely empty. The things I requested were not in the truck. I called the day before to check. It was kind of beat up. I returned with a fuel full tank of gas picked it up. Empty cost me $80 returned it still full.
Ed APeople were great! Neighborhood is a little rough though so I wouldn't be comfortable doing anything after-hours or in the dark.
RONALD HAfter all the problems with pickup, the drop-off location didn't receive any information that we were coming to their location and had to do a lot of work tracking down the proper information. It took way too long to get this accomplished, but the staff we worked with were very professional and polite.
